"הכנרת שלי" ו"ים המלח שלי" הן אפליקציות אנדרואיד שמציגות את מפלס הכנרת ומפלס ים המלח. מדיניות זו חלה על שתיהן ומסבירה איזה מידע הן מטפלות בו.

בקצרה

• האפליקציות אינן אוספות, שומרות או משתפות מידע אישי.
• אין בהן חשבונות משתמש, פרסומות, ניתוח שימוש (אנליטיקס) או דיווח קריסות, ואין לנו שרתים.
• המידע היחיד שיוצא מהמכשיר הוא בקשה לנתוני המפלס מאתר data.gov.il.

אילו נתונים האפליקציה משתמשת בהם

• נתוני מפלס: האפליקציה מורידה נתוני מפלס פומביים ממאגר המידע הממשלתי data.gov.il. הבקשה אינה כוללת מידע מזהה עליך. כמו בכל גלישה, data.gov.il מקבל את כתובת ה-IP של המכשיר ומידע טכני על הבקשה, לפי מדיניות הפרטיות שלו.
• היסטוריית מפלסים: נשמרת במכשיר, כדי שאפשר יהיה לראות אותה גם בלי חיבור לרשת.
• הגדרות: העדפות ההתראות שלך (התראות קו אדום, סיכום יומי וסף שינוי) נשמרות במכשיר בלבד.

הרשאות

• אינטרנט ומצב רשת: להורדת נתוני המפלס.
• התראות: להצגת התראות על שינויי מפלס, רק אם אישרת אותן.
• עבודה ברקע והפעלה אחרי הפעלה מחדש של המכשיר: לבדיקה אחת ביום אם התפרסמה מדידה חדשה.

מחיקת נתונים

כל הנתונים נשמרים במכשיר בלבד. הסרת האפליקציה, או ניקוי נתוני האפליקציה בהגדרות המכשיר, מוחקת אותם לחלוטין.

ילדים

האפליקציות אינן מיועדות לילדים ואינן אוספות מידע מאף משתמש, כולל ילדים.

מקור הנתונים

נתוני המפלס מגיעים מ-data.gov.il. האפליקציות אינן קשורות לרשות המים או לגוף ממשלתי כלשהו, ואינן מקור רשמי.

שינויים

אם המדיניות תשתנה, הגרסה המעודכנת תפורסם בעמוד זה עם תאריך תחילה חדש.

My Kineret · My Dead Sea — Privacy Policy

"My Kineret" (הכנרת שלי) and "My Dead Sea" (ים המלח שלי) are Android apps that show the water level of the Sea of Galilee and the Dead Sea. This policy covers both and explains what information they handle.

Summary

• The apps do not collect, store or share personal information.
• There are no user accounts, ads, usage analytics or crash reporting, and we have no servers.
• The only thing that leaves your device is a request for water-level data from data.gov.il.

Data the apps use

• Water-level data: the apps download public readings from the Israeli government open-data site data.gov.il. The request contains nothing that identifies you. As with any website, data.gov.il receives your device's IP address and technical information about the request, under its own privacy policy.
• Level history: stored on your device so it can be shown offline.
• Settings: your notification preferences (red-line alerts, daily summary and change threshold) are stored only on your device.

Permissions

• Internet and network state: to download the water-level data.
• Notifications: to show water-level alerts, only if you allow them.
• Background work and running after the device restarts: to check once a day whether a new reading was published.

Deleting your data

All data stays on your device. Uninstalling the app, or clearing its data in your device settings, removes it completely.

Children

The apps are not directed at children and collect no information from any user, including children.

Data source

Water-level data comes from data.gov.il. The apps are not affiliated with the Israel Water Authority or any government body, and are not an official source.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
